Instruction: 1. Hot pocket should be put in microwave oven to heat up in high temperature in 1.5 min for the first time. Afterwards, you can heat up in 1 min and control the temperature within 50-60 degrees centigrade. 2. Slightly place hot pocket in the target part. 3. When Hot pack��s temperature reduce to body temperature, please reheat and reuse. 4. Heating temperature should be adjust according to different room temperature. Note: You can also use this product for cold use.

Attention: 1. Only use microwave oven to heat, don��t use other heating method. 2. Make sure microwave is clean in order to prevent residues from destroying and contaminating inner pocket. 3. When first use, inner pocket maybe appear damp, after using many times the phenomenon will disappeared. 4. Heating time can be reduced after using many times. 5. Heating time can be adjusted on the basis of room temperature and microwave oven. 6. Children shouldn��t use it without the adult��s help. 7. Inner hot pad can not allowed to be washed. 8. Inner pad can be placed directly on skin to prevent scald. 9. Hot pack should be kept in a dry and cool place for fear that it should be damp.
